Since 2011 The Gourmet Spork was created as a food blog. In 2020 we began sprinkling personality into kitchens everywhere with our unique spice blends and hot sauces designed to turn everyday meals into something worth talking about.

What started as a humble food blog by Jana Edwards—a college student eating her way through the San Francisco Bay Area—has grown into a full-on flavor experience. But this story stretches far beyond one place.
